TheĀ Greenville 21 Day Equity Challenge, facilitated by the Greenville Partnership for Philanthropy and the NonProfit Alliance, provides an opportunity for those in the philanthropy and nonprofit community to deepen their understanding of racism and inequities nationally and in Greenville. The challenge is a self-guided learning journey that aims to help participants more effectively serve or community by first having a deep understanding of racism and inequities.
The journey will begin on June 19 with an orientation video and pre-work. Beginning on June 22, participants will begin to receive daily emails with learning objectives, supporting materials, action items and reflection questions on a different topic for 21 days. The challenge should take between 15 and 20 minutes per day. Participants can join our challenge Facebook group to share learnings, thoughts and questions with fellow participants. There will be 4 Zoom sessions to help participants process and debrief the experience.
We encourage leadership, staff and board members within the nonprofit and philanthropic community in Greenville to participate.
